Staying at Madame Vacances Hotel Le Mottaret was a pleasant getaway. The room provided a cozy atmosphere with comfortable bedding and great mountain views. The buffet breakfast impressed me each morning with a wide variety of options. Dinner featured themed nights. I appreciated having a ski equipment hire shop on-site. Relaxing in the outdoor jacuzzi after skiing was a treat, but access felt a bit unsafe as the path was icy without enough mats. While I enjoyed the lounge area in the evenings, it got crowded at times, limiting seating options. Although the staff were friendly, I noticed some delays during peak hours at the bar. My primary concern was the noise from the jacuzzi spa area in my room. I wish I'd known about that beforehand. I will likely consider returning despite the minor issues, especially for that fab buffet dinner.

We had a lovely stay! The bar area felt cozy, perfect for unwinding after skiing. The food was exceptional, especially the themed dinners that really added a fun touch, though the room layout was a bit quirky compared to what we expected from the online photos.

The layout of the boot room is quite awkward, which makes gearing up cumbersome, especially during busy times. It's also worth mentioning that while the food is generally good, some buffet items can be hit or miss, lacking the punch one might hope for after a day on the slopes. Navigating multiple flights of stairs to reach some dining areas can be a challenge with heavy ski gear. The WiFi connection is spotty, often failing in the rooms when you need it most, a hassle for planning your next ski adventure.
